Organized | AF is building out our seasonal team for the Christmas season — installers, stylists, home stagers, set designers, and decorators alike. If you’ve got a real eye for composition and hands-on experience in luxury homes, estates, or with UHNW families — and the references to prove it — we’d like to hear from you.
Organized | AF designs, sources, and installs holiday decor for homes across Atlanta — the kind of multi-day, whole-property installs where every garland placement and light strand is planned in advance, not improvised on site. We're growing our seasonal team, and we're looking for people who already know what that level of work demands.
A lot of this job is decorative, not just physical: precision tablescapes, mantel styling, and tree design that rewards a real eye for composition. That makes it natural work for set designers, home stagers, home stylists, and decorators, alongside experienced installers.
Competitive, based on experience. We'll talk specifics once we've seen your work.
Installs run through the core holiday season, with optional takedown work in January — just bring a label maker for that.

Tell us about your experience below. Along with your contact details, we'll ask for a couple of references from luxury-home work and any photos of past work you're proud of.
No. A lot of this work is decorative rather than physical. Set designers, home stagers, home stylists, and decorators with a strong eye for composition are just as good a fit as experienced installers — many of our best people do both.
Direct experience with holiday decor or styling in luxury homes, estates, or with UHNW families is ideal. Comparable luxury work — set design, home staging, custom lighting, high-end landscaping, detailed carpentry — counts too, as long as you can show us the work and give us references.

This is seasonal work for the 2026 Christmas season, with the option to help with takedown in January.
Compensation is competitive and based on experience. We'll talk specifics after reviewing your application.
You'll need a basic tool kit, a ladder (nothing heavy-duty — just enough for tree work), and reliable transportation. Hooks and adhesives like Command strips are provided. Installation or fluffing gloves are nice to have but not required. For takedown, the only extra tool needed is a label maker.
Yes. Because our installers work inside occupied client homes, a background check is required before you start.
